Theben AG is updating and consolidating its extensive portfolio of yearly time switches. The previous top2 devices are being replaced by three top3 yearly time switches with one, two or four channels. Wireless lighting control: Theben DALI-2 presence sensors can now also be used in Casambi systems

Theben DALI-2 presence sensors from theRonda, thePassa and PlanoSpot series can now also be used in wireless Casambi systems for lighting control. This is based on a Casambi control modules as an interface between the DALI bus and Casambi-compatible luminaires. Adaptations to the presence sensors are not necessary. Optionally, the Casambi module can also be used as a DALI-2 actuator. Casambi allows wired DALI-2 systems to be extended wirelessly. This opens up new, flexible possibilities for retrofitting existing DALI-2 lighting control systems, for example in offices, conference rooms, hotels and other buildings.

The UP Mini Dimmer DIMAX 540 plus B measures just 26.4 x 25.5 x 10.4 mm. This makes it barely bigger than a two-euro coin. The 230 V mini dimmer for R and C loads does not require a neutral conductor and is simply mounted behind a standard push-button, making it perfect for retrofitting. If, for example, there is not enough space behind a built-in light switch to install a dimmer during a renovation or if there is no neutral conductor, the mini dimmer can be used. Thanks to its minimal housing, it fits into any switch box.
