The device family includes presence detectors with a circular detection area for individual and open-plan offices, meeting and storage rooms, basements and toilets, as well as special corridor presence detectors with a rectangular detection area. The surface-mounted devices in black, white or grey blend into any design concept.

The LUXA 103 can be flexibly configured via the theSenda Plug app in combination with the theSenda B remote control or via potentiometers.

The LUXA 103 features a timelessly elegant, compact design and is available in variants with one channel for lighting control or with two channels for lighting/HVAC control. The presence detectors and corridor sensors are not only suitable for simple surface mounting, but are also available as practical combination devices for quick ceiling installation or flush mounting. The presence detectors can be configured with minimal effort via the theSenda Plug app in combination with the theSenda B remote control or classically via potentiometers. The integrated button input and the option to network with other LUXA 103 devices or theMura slave wall detectors ensure maximum flexibility. The zero-cross switching enables high LED switching loads of up to 400 W. Protection class IP 54 also makes operation possible outdoors or in wet rooms.
